Whilst we were filming we began to think about some ideas for the promotional poster. Our research showed that many film posters had an image of the singular or two main characters. We began thinking about the types of images we could use from different scenes in our film. One of our favourite ideas for our poster is the use of a rose on it. Our idea for the name of our film is 'The Gift of a Rose' and as there is a lot of use of the rose imagry within the film so it would link well together. I drafted some ideas about possible layouts for our poster and some colours we could use that would conform or go against the codes and conventions.
